Wusthoff or Shun, can't lose either way. I've found nothing to beat them, and I've had my hands on a crazy amount of knives. I prefer Shun, but not by alot. I butcher meat, and I have a knife roll full of both. Great, great knives.

And there is a Kitchen store in Kingsport. It's down on Center Street(?). Not sure exactly if thats the name, but same street its on the same street Morrell's Music and Krispy Kreme used to be on. It's called Mary's Kitchen Shop. They sell both Shun and Wusthoff knives. If you work in the food industry you get 15 percent off, but I'm sure you could just tell them that even if you don't they ask for no proof.
